Title I Program at the Career Academy Network of Public Schools

What is Title I?
Title I is a federally funded program designed to provide additional educational support and resources to schools serving a high percentage of students from low-income families. The goal of Title I is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at minimum, proficiency on state academic standards.

How Does Title I Benefit Our Schools?

At Career Academy Network of Public Schools Title I funding helps us:
✅ Provide additional instructional support for students who need it most.
✅ Offer specialized programs and interventions to improve academic achievement.
✅ Fund professional development for teachers to enhance classroom instruction.
✅ Increase family and community engagement through workshops, events, and resources.
✅ Supply educational materials and technology to support learning.

Parent & Family Engagement

We believe that family involvement is key to student success! Through Title I, we provide:
📢 Parent Workshops & Resources – Learn how to support your child’s learning at home.
👥 School-Parent Compacts – A shared agreement outlining roles in student achievement.
📅 Annual Title I Meetings – Stay informed about funding, programs, and how to get involved.
💡 Open Communication – We welcome parent feedback on how to improve our programs.

Your Role as a Parent

As a parent or guardian, you are a valuable partner in your child’s education. We encourage you to:
✔ Attend school meetings and events.
✔ Communicate regularly with teachers.
✔ Support your child’s learning at home.
✔ Share your input on how we can improve our programs.
